I haven't heard of Celemony's Tonalic before seeing a free voucher for the essentials version in my Steinberg account. So I took a look and it is a very interesting NON-AI songwriting utility that incorporates samples from real players (like Tim Pierce for instance), as opposed to libraries of loops and samples. And it is ARA-built, so it is part of Cubase/Nuendo, not just a clamp-on utility.
I just saw this tonight, so instead of me trying to explain it, this 8-minute video demo will show what it's all about:
And here's the website:

If you own Cubase or Nuendo, you already have the license, just look in the Vouchers section when you login. I don't know how long it'll be there but it was dropped into our accounts on 6/2, so maybe on 7/2 it's gone.

Tonalic – a musician by your side
Tonalic adapts real studio performances from world-class musicians to your song’s chords, tempo and groove. No AI, no loops, no MIDI. Just living, musical performances powered by Celemony’s Tonalic Engine and always royalty-free.
