Suggestions for a tittle please:

“I am

I didn’t want be

I had no say in it at all

But I am me

I wont go away

Learning

and growing

and finding the

way through life

It’s not easy

Others make you feel it is

But no one sees through your eyes except you

Meeting

And greeting

And massaging other egos

It’s not easy

But Feeling all the time

Looking through your eyes and seeing me is untrue

Stepping

And storing

And dancing a life away

It’s not easy

Justices isn’t there”

I say screw title name until you've got the music, too. But that's perhaps me.

On the other hand, picking a title can help focus where you want to take the song (whether you're going to develop the lyrics further or not, and for developing the music).

...ha ha, or maybe that wasn't helpful at all. you want possible titles!!!!!!! and now!!!!!

If so, I like "It's not easy" or "Not Easy" or ...and especially if this is a song you are wanting to develop further (versus one that is complete)... something like "dancing a life away" or "through your eyes" or even "stepping," as these possible titles are evocative and would help me deepen this song in interesting directions.

[...and I'm not saying this song is necessarily not finished, as that's something I cannot know...just suggesting possibilities]

[Edit]: Oops...meant to add that I'm confused by your last line "Justices isn’t there." Is that a typo? Or do you literally mean that? I could see both possibilities, though the latter is a doozy, and means the song would end with a very confusing BANG!

Yes, this is an old thread.

The title of a song is typically the core idea, often found in the chorus, or some summarizing statement at the beginning or end of a verse.

As a rule, if you're having trouble figuring out the title for a song, you might want to consider doing a rewrite of the song.
