About the collaborations forum...

I like to suggest dropping the sub-part of the forum title, "Lyricists seeking track makers", as that is quite a limiting statement. How about track makers seeking lyricists, lyricists collaborating with other lyricists.... you get my drift

Semi-off-topic, but because they are sister sites, I wonder if it would be possible to put a link to SP somewhere on the home page of VI-C and vice versa (depending on available space, of course)

I think it's a good idea. Speaking or myself, I'd prefer the link lead to Latest Posts, instead of the Forums list. Is it safe to assume most people feel the same way?

That depends on the link being to facilitate users that are registered on both sites, or to point people that visit either of them to the existence of the "other" site. I vote for the second, because as a registered user on both I just have both open in separate tabs in my browser. And in that case I would link to the index page.
